I spent most of my career in behavioral health, helping people feel more satisfied and fulfilled in their day-to-day lives. In 2022, I decided to go all in on coaching — it's the work that lights me up the most. Over the years I've been a counselor, mentor, manager, and clinical supervisor, but coaching is where it all comes together. I get to focus on what you're already great at and help you use it to reach your goals. I'll bring the knowledge and the tools — but you'll also get real warmth and empathy along the way.
