How do I book a session?
To book a session, browse the available services, choose the guide or offering that feels right for you, and select a time that works with your schedule. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the details for your session.
What happens after I book my sessions?
Your guide will be in touch with your link for your session.
What should I do during the session?
Come as you are. Your guide will lead the way, ask thoughtful questions, and get to know what you need so they can support you in the best way.
Billing & Payments
How much does a session cost?
Each guide sets their own pricing. You’ll see the cost next to each service before you book.
How do payment work?
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, so your payment information stays safe and protected.
Platform experience
Is Kosora safe?
Our goal is to onboard trusted guides who meet Kosora’s community standards. Guides are expected to keep conversations confidential, create a safe and respectful space, and support each session with care.
Do sessions happen off-platform?
After you book a session, your guide will provide a meeting link. Sessions may take place through platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
For video sessions, cameras are typically on. If you prefer audio only, you can keep your camera off. You may also use the chat box if you prefer to communicate by text.
For your safety, do not share your phone number, home address, personal identification information, or other sensitive details with guides.
