Hello, I'm Sheena Murphy.

For a long time, I thought exhaustion was just the cost of being capable. I had built a solid career. I was trusted. I was reliable. I was the person who could handle things. And somewhere along the way, I realized I didn't actually know who I was outside of what I did for everyone else. That realization didn't come from falling apart. It came from slowing down long enough to notice I was surviving, not choosing. After two layoffs, years of over-functioning, and carrying far more than I ever asked for help with, I reached a breaking point that forced an honest reckoning: I wasn't burned out because I was failing. I was exhausted because I had been living by expectations that no longer fit. Today I work with people who are steady on the outside and deeply tired on the inside. People who are accomplished and capable and have quietly lost themselves somewhere in the process of showing up for everyone else. My work is about clarity. About reconnecting with yourself. About learning to listen instead of push, soften instead of grip, and make decisions from self-trust rather than survival mode. If something brought you here, that's worth paying attention to. You don't have to have it figured out. You just have to be willing to slow down long enough to look.

Qualifications

I've been the person who was overperforming. I thought my title was my identity. I lost myself when I became a mother. I didn't realize who I was until the universe woke me up with my second layoff and forced me to get real with myself. That's where this work came from. Not a textbook. My own life. I spent over a decade in Customer Success, reaching Director level by being the person everyone could count on. I was reliable, capable, and always on. What I wasn't, was connected to myself. Two layoffs cracked that open and what came out the other side became the foundation of everything I do now. I hold an ICF-accredited Burnout Coach certification and am a certified NLP Level 1 Practitioner. But honestly, what qualifies me most is that I've done this work on myself. I know what it costs to keep performing when you're running on empty. And I know what's possible when you finally stop.

My approach to your first session

The first session is designed to be exploratory and unhurried. We begin with the Wheel of Life, a deceptively simple tool that gives you a clear visual of where you are across every area of your life and where you're longing to be. Most seekers come in thinking the problem is one thing and leave with a much more honest picture of what's actually been going on beneath the surface. From there we follow what emerges. We name what's been draining, get clear on what matters most, and begin to understand what's been quietly running the show. If this is your only session, you'll leave with something real. Not a vague sense that things need to change, but actual clarity on where you are, what you value, and what's been standing between you and it. That alone can shift something. If we continue working together, everything we uncover here becomes the foundation we build on. Either way, you won't leave empty handed.
