Hello, I'm Regina.

I am a guide in mindful movement, breath, and embodied awareness, known for my grounded, intuitive, and supportive presence. With 20 years of experience, I create spaces where people of all backgrounds, whether new or experienced, can reconnect with their bodies, cultivate inner strength, and move with greater ease and intention. With my foundation as a Physiotherapy Assistant, a STOTT PILATES® Full Certified Instructor and a Specialist in Group Matwork, Athletic Conditioning, and Prenatal & Postnatal Programming, I bridge technical precision with deep listening. My approach blends movement, mindfulness, and gentle inquiry, supporting clients not only in building strength and resilience, but in softening into awareness and self-trust. Drawing from my global training across Asia, Canada, and the U.S., I offer a practice that honors both structure and flow. My background in Learning & Development and Occupational Health, Safety & Wellness informs my safe and inclusive approach, where biomechanics meets compassion, and performance meets presence. My work is rooted in the belief that movement is a pathway inward. Through breath, attention, and intentional practice, I support individuals in restoring balance, deepening connection, and returning to themselves... one breath, one movement at a time.

My approach to your first session

In the first session, we begin with where you are. A conversation to understand your body, your experience, and what brings you here. Your goals, your direction, your why. We’ll explore what feels sustainable: your readiness, your commitment to showing up. Then we move. Slowly. With attention. Breath, alignment, awareness. What Can You Expect? A calm, guided space. Thoughtful observation. Clear, simple movement. No pressure. Only presence. A starting point. One breath, one movement at a time.
